BASIC SOURDOUGH LUNCH AND LEARN WORKSHOP

Sourdough is much easier for us to digest. It tends to be easier on the digestive system as a whole- even for people with gluten sensitivity issues because of the fermentation process.  It's also packed with nutrients!  It has several B vitamins, vitamin E, zinc, phosphorus, and magnesium.  Phytic acid, an "anti-nutrient" is already broken down due to the fermentation process, which means better digestion and absorption.  We can't forget about the prebiotics in sourdough that feed our intestinal flora to help them flourish and thrive!

 

 

LEVEL 2 SOURDOUGH LUNCH & LEARN WORKSHOP

In this Level 2 Sourdough Workshop you will learn how to expand your Sourdough baking!  I will teach you how to incorporate "add-ins", how to shape and score your dough and use your discard starter in other recipes. I will also show you how to make a delicious pizza dough that I am sure will become a staple in your home! We will also taste some delicious discard recipes as part of the included light lunch.
