My seven-day back to school back to you program celebrates September as a time of learning, adventure and positive life changes. These things shouldn't be celebrated only by school-age kids. It's time to focus on you, and this seven-day program is just the spark you need to get things moving.

This program is FREE of charge (you will have the option to include coaching for a small fee, but this is not required).
The program runs for seven days, and tasks are completed independently and supported through my Facebook group and community. Joining my group or community is not required, but will greatly improve the probability of getting the results you hope for.
For each of the seven days, you will be given one mindset task, one activity task, one action item, and a full meal plan for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You may swap and substitute as needed.Â
This program is intended to teach and encourage healthy habits. Results will vary, consult a physician if you have any concerns related to the program.Â
