Warm lemon water can be a game changer for health. In addition to helping meet the recommendation for daily water consumption (2-3 litres of water a day), warm lemon water has some added benefits.

While plain water is critical for hydrating at a cellular level, lemon adds traces of vitamin C and live enzymes that aid in stopping inflammation and help push toxins out of the liver.
