Five Steps to Saying Goodbye to Cellulite

Getting tired of that stubborn cellulite, especially before the shorts and swimsuits come out?

First its important to understand cellulite. Cellulite can develop on areas that naturally have more fatty tissue. Other factors for developing cellulite include:

*age

*estrogen

*family history

*tissue inflammation

*increased fatty tissue caused by weight gain

*loss of collagen

*poor circulation

*poor lymphatic drainage

*thinning epidermis

These five simple lifestyle changes can have a big impact on your battle with cellulite.

Step 1:

Start your day with a glass of warm lemon water immediately after waking.

Squeeze one organic lemon into a 16 oz glass and enjoy as you would tea!

Lemon helps to break down the food that you will be consuming during the day as well as remove any toxins from your body.

Proper hydration improves your skin’s health and helps reduce the appearance of cellulite, wrinkles, and blemishes.

Step 2:

Up your cranberry intake. Consuming between 8 and 12oz of cranberries or pure cranberry juice per day helps to emulsify fat and reduce the appearance of cellulite. Frozen cranberries can be enjoyed as a mid-day treat or throw a bottle of Cran-Water in your bag while on the go. Make your own Cran-Water by filling up a bottle with 4 oz of cranberry juice and 28 oz of water, twice daily.

Cranberries are loaded with vitamins such as A, B1, C, and E, all essentials to the removal of toxins in your lymphatic system.

Step3:

Substitute your cooking oil, swapping out canola oil for coconut oil. Coconut oil is not only more beneficial for overall health, but studies have shown that coconut oil aids in the breakdown of fat cells that make up cellulite. Add a tablespoon to a fruit smoothie or whip up some banana coconut pancakes.

Switching from canola oil to coconut oil has multiple benefits for you, your skin, and your health.

Step4:

One possible remedy is massage and dry skin brushing. Massage may reduce cellulite by improving lymphatic drainage. It can also stretch your skin tissue. Dry skin brushing before your shower will also be beneficial.

Step5:

Supplementing with Collagen Peptides. This supplement has shown great success in improving cellulite!

Maybe its time that you give your body a deep clean and rid it of the built up toxins!
