​It is estimated that 5% of the population is affected by a food allergy, which produces an immediate onset of the symptoms often associated with an allergic response. But 40% of the population has a delayed type of reaction which occurs several hours or days after a food is consumed. This delay makes it difficult to determine which foods could be considered as the trigger of the health problem.

The Food Sensitivity Test is a sensitive and accurate technique that can better detect the presence of IgG food specific antibodies to over 200 commonly eaten foods.

Your kit will come in the mail with a pre-paid addressed envelope. Once you have completed the test and mailed it, in approximately 2-3weeks I will receive the results. I will then contact you to set up a 30minute appointment (included) where we can discuss the results.
